Description: Participants will be led through stretching, mobility, and strength exercises followed by a high intensity workout. We say high intensity, but you make the workout your own as you control the intensity you bring to the floor. The main focus of these classes will be strength and conditioning relying on body weight movements. Mobility and core strength will also be emphasized.
Session: Tuesdays/Thursdays (6:15 am – 6:45 am or 5:30 pm – 6 pm) and Saturday (8-8:30 am).
Classes are on-going and you can start WHENEVER!! 🙂
