CROSSFIT UNSTOPPABLE ENDURANCE TRAINING
Have you dreamed of finishing your first 5K?! Want to improve your technique to help you become a faster runner? Need a little help getting there? CrossFit Unstoppable Endurance Training has the tools and support you need!
CrossFit Unstoppable Endurance Training is designed to get you from wherever you are in life to the finish line of a race ranging from 5K, 4 miles, 10K or More!
How far do I need to be able to run before getting started? Zero miles! We will get you from wherever you are today to the starting line with our program! We will go over drills, technique, breathing, nutrition, and training methods during the course.
When does training start? We get started on Tuesday, April 2nd 5:30-6:45pm and will continue through Tuesday, May 7th. We will conclude the course with a 5K on Saturday, May 11th at 8am. Click here to reserve your spot in this course. Limited spots available so book NOW!
COST: $75 and includes a shirt if you register by March 23rd!
When are the workouts? Workouts are on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:45pm with two off-site runs scheduled for Sunday April 14th at 1pm and Saturday, May 4th at 8am. Locations TBD. We will finish up the course with a 5K on Saturday, May 11th at 8am – location to be announced!
What do I need to do to get started?! Register for the course and show up! All you need is the desire to get moving and get better!
*Getting properly fit for running shoes will certainly help, but that can always wait until after the first workout.
