New to CrossFit? Here’s how you can Get Started!!
Our foundations of CrossFit includes the following: 1) An initial consultation discussing fitness goals, nutritional information, and what to expect during your training experience… 2) The fundamental movements and the equipment most often used during a typical workout… 3) A personal introduction to the Sport of Fitness!
Here’s how to get started… Call to set up your first initial one on one with a trainer to go over your fitness goals, nutrition and what to expect during your training experience(45 minutes to an hour).
The next step is to set up your one or two day foundations class(es). The one day course session lasts 2-2 1/2 hours while the two day format lasts 1- 1 1/2 hours per session. You will be taught the foundational lifts of CrossFit and shown the accessory work necessary in getting started in the sport of fitness!
Cost for the initial session and succeeding sessions is $125. Remaining classes for the month will then be pro-rated depending on the time frame.

Can I try a class first?
You sure can! Your first class at CrossFit Unstoppable is free! So stop in before any class and give it a try! What have you got to lose? Our coaches will scale or modify every workout for all fitness levels.
