Crazy WOD at 7:30am for experienced CrossFitters…come push yourself!! Regular WOD at 9am!

Athletes Night Out!! Saturday!! 6-10pm… guys and gals, plan on arriving all gussied up by 6…we will eat around 6:30ish. BYOB 🙂 Get ready for a FUN time!

Directions: Take RT B to Wardsville; stay straight on RT W past St. Stanilaus Church, drive approximately 3.5 miles then turn right on Winklemann Platz(9125). See you there! 🙂
